1. Breakfast Rollups

Ingredients (for five roll ups):
● 10 large eggs
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● 5 slices bacon (cooked)
● 5 patties breakfast sausage (cooked)
● Non-stick cooking spray(can be substituted with oil, butter, or any type of grease)
Recipe (for one roll up):
➢ Mix together two large eggs in a bowl
➢ Heat up the pan with non-stick cooking spray/oil/butter
➢ Pour the mixture of egg on the pan
➢ Season with salt and pepper according to taste
➢ Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes
➢ Put ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
➢ Put one slice of cooked bacon
➢ Put one cooked sausage patty
➢ Carefully roll it up and your very tasty and healthy roll up is ready!
2. Low-carb keto bread sandwich
When you are on a keto diet, you will crave for bread and wheat products. Since bread is full of carbs, we have an alternative to fulfil your cravings.
Ingredients (for one sandwich):
● 2½ tbsp of Grounded almond flour Buy here
● 2 tbsp of butter
● 1 egg
● 1 tsp of baking powder
● 1 tbsp of flax seed powder Buy here
● Shredded cheddar cheese
● Cooked bacon (optional)
● Cooked sausage (optional)
➢ Pour the almond powder in a bowl
➢ Add butter
➢ Crack open one egg and put it into the mixture
➢ Add a sprinkle of baking powder
➢ Whisk it till it becomes base-like consistency
➢ Add flax seed powder
➢ Whisk the mixture till it becomes like a thick paste
➢ Pour the mixture in a microwaveable bowl
➢ Put it in the microwave and cook it for 1 and a half minutes
➢ After it is done, take it out and cut it open into two slices like a bread
➢ Put some shredded cheddar cheese on it, you can add cooked bacon or cooked sausage if you want to

3. Keto Pancakes

● ½ cup of almond flour Buy here
● 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
● 4 large eggs
● 1 tsp. of lemon zest
● Butter, for frying and serving
➢ In a bowl, mix together almond flour, softened cream cheese, eggs and lemon zest till it becomes a smooth mixture
➢ In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt
➢ Pour in 3 tbsp of the mixture and cook it until it is golden in colour,2 minutes
➢ Flip and cook for 2 minutes more
➢ Transfer the pancake on to a plate and continue the same process with the rest of the batter
➢ Serve the pancake topped with butter!
