While working at Google, designer Jake Knapp came up with a unique problem-solving method – “design sprint”.
The design sprint method is a five-day process to help companies tackle important questions.
These sprints were used at Google Search, Chrome and Google X.
Together with Zeratsky and Kowitz, both designers, Knapp has written the book “Sprint” which is a practical guide for groups and companies of any size.
Some questions that the book answers:
– Where should you focus your effort and how should you start?
– What will your ideas look like in reality?
– When do you know you have the right solution to a problem?
