If you are a pizza lover but also health conscious, Smitten Kitchen has come up with something that tastes exactly like a cheesy yummy pizza as well as high in protein and good for health.

Pizza beans are a lot like baked American-styled ziti but in place of noodles or pasta, there are healthy yet delicious beans.

You can find the recipe here. The recipe can be easily made in a micro oven or a stove and it does not take much time.

You can add your own toppings as you like; mushrooms or if you are a meat lover, drop some sausages for that extra taste.

The dish goes amazingly well with some roasted garlic bread. The quantity will be more than enough for just one day so you can keep the leftovers for later use.
